We have in-house facility to design and develop complex plastic injection moulds for uptil 750 Ton moulding machines. Over last 2 decades we have developed moulds for various OE segments like Automotive, Consumer durables, Electronics etc. Other then production moulds, we have been supporting R&D ventures of various OE manufacturers by fulfilling there needs for soft tooling and proto tooling, where lead time and confidentiality is of utmost importance. Designing team is having expertise on latest CAD-CAM systems available. CNC machining shop is equipped with some of the best machines available in the industry for tool and die making like Makino, Joemars etc. To support CNC machining shop all conventional machines are also available. Moreover to assist in mould assembly operations we have full range of hand tools and minor finishing manual tools. For mould trial and fine tuning, we have vide range of moulding machines. To meet customer requirements we provide mould development time which is among the fastest in Indian industry. Post moulding facility includes paint shop and printing setup along with assembly lines for providing finished components and assemblies
Our moulding shop is having wide range of moulding machines starting from 90 Tons to 350 Tons. We mould around 350 Tons of plastic granules annually (f.y 2014-2015) Moulding shop boasts of some of the best brands of moulding machines available like Ferromatic Milacron. Moulding shop is well supported by auxiliaries like Ovens, Chillers, Dryers, Mould temperature controller etc. We have vast experience in moulding various polymers like ABS, HIPS, SAN, PP, PC and Nylon to name a few. Regular quality checks are done to maintain moulded part quality. Moulding shop is well supported by tool room for mould maintenance and modification.
